Let's deal with sound first. Open a terminal (Ctrl+ Alt+ T) and enter:
sudo nano /proc/asound/modules
and paste back the results here.
Is it happening only on youtube?

You mentioned that you can't play videos from CD either but that can be a completely unrelated problem. And what do you mean by "Youtube video playing very slow"? Is it buffering? In that case, it might be an internet issue? Did you check in any other websites?
About the sound issue...Can you not hear anything? or is it just in Youtube? Lastly, try using any other browser to check if the problem exists there as well....Also, is the CD getting detected at all or you can see the video files but can't open them?
