Blank blinking screen, can start in recovery but then the external screen won’t work, and the internal display isn’t displaying properly. I had trouble with Zorin 16 from the start Megasync didn’t install properly. So I did a fresh install and it didn’t really fix my issue with mega. But I just manually update mega. I haven’t installed anything outside the “zorin store”. I only use obsidian, OpenOffice, mega and brave. I have done all updates. The computer is a thinkpad x220 i5, I have two boot disks, windows work fine. What do I do?
My x220 have intel hd graphics
If that is the case, I will make a new thread for you with [Intel graphics] in title.
It is done.
I hope someone familiar with Intel graphics can offer you a help. I only have Nvidia on both of my desktops.

Let's try the latest stable LTS kernel for Ubuntu 20.04:
Copy each into terminal to retrieve the packages:
Now, install all in one go with:
sudo dpkg -i *.deb
Do I do it all in the terminal
Yep; that is the easiest way.
Paste and enter, then paste in the next line and enter until all packages are retrieved. Then run the short command that will install all at once.
