Hello, yesterday I tried to install ZorinOS 18 Pro on a new laptop with an AMD AI9 365 processor, and I managed to do it, but the machine keeps freezing constantly and I can’t use the OS at all. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks!

First, I would suggest to take a Look in the BIOS and check if Secure Boot and Fast Boot are disabled. If Windows is still installed, check if Fast Start-Up is disabled in Windows.
Because the Processor is relatively new, I would suggest to install a nwer Kernel. Here are Instructions:
