what can i do to know and correct what is rong whait my zorin connect i v try to use AI to fix but dind t fixed i still whit out connection betwen my cell fhone and the lap top
what can i do ? i making a efford to use english but since i m portuguese i still dont have enouth englihs to describe my steps till where
try this
sudo apt reinstall zorin-connect
and reboot

Do you have a firewall turned on?
It can help to disable the firewall to connect the devices during setup. Afterwards you can turn it on again.
The ports 1714 and 1764 should be opened in the ufw:
sudo ufw allow 1714:1764/udp && sudo ufw allow 1714:1764/tcp

If still having issues remove Zorin Connect and replace with KDE Connect via Synaptic Package Manager and remove Zorin Connect from your smartphone and replace with KDE Connect.
The premade firewall rules in GUFW also include one for KDE Connect.
