Has anyone faced any issues with Zorin Connect on android? It worked in the intial setup but does not connect the nex day. I tried clearing cache, unpair. Reinstall on both devices, restart machines. Does not work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Hello, Did tou try gsconnect (PC) and KDEconnect (android)? It work for me, you have just to uninstall Zorin Connect and restart on both before installing

This looks like a good alternative to Zorin connect. I installed gsconnect (PC) and KDEconnect (android) but it still had same issues.
Here is the solution I implemented to fix it after that.
- Went to firewall configuration and enabled incoming to "Allow" I can now see the mobile device and able to connect successfully.

In terminal, try
sudo ufw allow 1714:1764/udp
sudo ufw allow 1714:1764/tcp
sudo ufw reload
In order to allow X-Connect access through firewall, if using it.
You need to be consistent:
If KDE-Connect on PC - KDE Connect on Android.
If GSCOnnect on PC - GSConnect on Android.

I just use KDE Connect all the time now. No issues. Just a side note, I wonder if the problems arise because of Wayland?
I made a tutorial about easy setup of Zorin Connect and you can use GUFW's pre-defined rules without the need to use the terminal. Works for both Zorin Connect and KDE Connect.

GSconnect doesn't exist on Android PlayStore, only KDE-connect, who manage both.
