I looked at that but reading between the lines it appears to be aimed at Enterprise clients, not individuals.

haven't been around these lands in quite some time. Personally, im not a fan. I moved from Google Drive to Libre Office few years ago and haven't turned back since then.
Some have mentioned that Libre Office looks really bad, but im all there for the functionality and not the looks.
It is a fork of OnlyOffice.

For now, it isn't a Solution simply because at start, it isn't available as a Standalone Version. It is at the Beginning available to bind in in something like Nexcloud. An embedded Solution.
After reading the link provided by @merinos , I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole! It's a good idea to read the whole article but here is a quote:

@freshjeff, do you mean Google Docs, not Drive? My problems with Libre Office comes from not being find the tools I need quickly. Just turning off the auto dark theme is a pita. Yes, I like a dark theme on my devices but not when I'm working on a document or a spreadsheet. It also lacks full compatibility, so I ended up paying for a MS Pro Office Suite license for a Windows 11 laptop, and stripped out all of the CoPilot and other rubbish MS tries to force down your throat, like adverts and OneDrive. Until there is true compatibility with Excel, there's no real alternative for me, and millions of people out there. Sad but true.

...but the license terms are clear, and Euro-Office broke those terms. They're also lying. This extract is very interesting indeed as it shows just how under-handed they are being:

As far as I know, thex will use ODT. But they want to be compatible with Microsoft Office Formats, too.
That is not wrong. But the Point is here waht Licence OnlyOffice uses. This Licences allows to make Additions. But that doesn't mean that You can add everything You need as far as I understand it.
But I'm no Licence-Expert. For that Stuff, Lawyer's exist. So, we will see how it will end.

I am just so glad that I spent just under ÂŁ25 in November 2020 on a 5 machine licence of SoftMaker Office 2018.
It offers you the choice of traditional menu (think MS Office 2003), or the default 'ribbon' which is a far better design than Microsoft's.
The layout is far superior, and I loved the fact you can fully delete tables, not just cut them which is all you can do in Word.
Combined with Okular when having to modify documents for students in lockdown, I could extract images and text into TextMaker and having opened a document with preset defaults, usually Arial 18 Bold, pasting a table from Okular would result in the font changing to Basic Roman 10 (think on the lines of Times New Roman). No problem, all I had to do was select all the cells of the table, press Ctrl+ Spacebar and the font changed to that applied to the document.
When SoftMaker Office 2024 was released they included in TextMaker a barcode and QR Code template, and a much needed image compression function.

Well, Euro-Office might have broken OnlyOffice's licensing terms, but OnlyOffice is also breaking the AGPLv3 license they use:
But even then, I'm not the biggest fan of OnlyOffice as an office suite, since it defaults to .docx despite not being fully compatible with microsoft office. EuroOffice would essentially be the same thing, but with the European flag. Not to mention that this file format is proprietary and owned by microsoft, while .odt is free as in freedom, so i dont see any reason to switch away from libreoffice as the default from the point of view of a linux distro
