Zorin Home Folder Error Kaput By Itself

Hello, i need extra help, newbie in Linux here, so straight to the point, i use Zorin like normal before, not installing anything at that moment, i just open Ghostery browser, plus play Banished game, and using Remote Connection to check my forex vps strategy tester demo, then at like 3 AM i shutdown the Zorin and sleep......

But something strange happen just before i turn it off actually.. when i saw my Desktop.. the entire folders and files thats on my Home folder is in the Desktop (like a copy of it).. so naturally maybe i press something and it make a copy... so i delete all of it (thats in the Desktop only), and nothing weird happen.. and i Shutdown Zorin..

Now at 1 PM just couple hours ago i open and turn On my laptop with Zorin in it.. and it first Login and display blank screen with no wallpaper.. strange... and then i tried to open folder.. and press Document, Pictures etc folders.. i cant opened it, it says the folders gone, nada, theres no address of it and i press Home and it cant, its gone, like my username is gone, then i open Trash folder and the entire Home folders and files is in it by itself

So i press Restore.. but not all folders and files can be restored.. a lot of files or folders says 'Could not determine original location of "my file name.xlsx" ' 'The item cannot be restored from trash'... then i restart my laptop.. now when Login the wallpaper back on, i can open my Home and user name folder.. but the files.. the important files is in the Trash folder cant be restored still! ONLY the files and folders that i manually deleted before the error happenned (excluding Home and username folder, they deleted themself before) managed to be restored.. the rest is in the Trash folder locked!! Heeeellllppppp, its just like 2 or 3 months i transitioned and use Linux as i hate Windows 11 Recall and happy not getting worldwide bluescreen error.. now this poop happen, if this Zorin fundamental error/bugs i will go back to Windows, maybe ReviOS 10/11 so that its not connected to Live Updates/CrowdStrike

Anyone knows anything? If nobody knows what happened with this Zorin OS in my case.. better be back to Windows..

Here are some options (including ones you have tried) plus two other alternatives, one being a paid solution but you can test it for free:

I would strongly recommend that you backup your critical data to an external device, and take snapshots of the system (excluding /home folder because if you include the /home folder in the backup, any updated data on your spreadsheets will get lost!), so install Timeshift to take regular snapshots of your system - I included in structions on where to get an up-to-date version of Timeshift in the Unofficial Manual for Zoriin 17 Core, as the one in Software is not up-to-date.

I actually find a BUG and able to recover all files, BUT Zorin systems become unstable so i instead must switch to Windows because of my continuous works....

So here's the Bug, the present folder of Documents and Downloads (that previously im able to Restore) i Cut and Paste it all in my External HDD... then i tried to Restore the (important!) files in Trash which is also inside the deleted Documents and Downloads folders (inside Trash) and VOILA its restored!! So this Error happened because Zorin OS cant Replace or Merge folders with SAME NAME
