I'm trying to reinstall ZorinOS dual boot, I had to nuke the ssd it was originally on due to partitioning errors in order to update my Windows 10 to 11.
Originally, bitlocker was on in windows (I'm not sure why, as I had never turned it on and thought it was off before) and the Zorin installer told me as such.
However, I have since turned it off, and the installer provides the same error. I've made sure my bios has TPM and Secure Boot off, I've tried booting in both UEFI and UEFI + Legacy. No avail.
Has anyone else ran into this issue?
In Windows, search for device encryption and then disable it with the slider.
it was off, like I said it had been disabled. The solution appears to have been just unplugging everything but the boot drive.

I read that when other drives are in the computer that are encrypted this error also appears.
