Zorin OS sometimes freezes and doesn't recover, i have to force restart my computer to fix it. i've also seen that my cpu and gpu temperature is kinda high for some reason, maybe that's why it happens.
is there any way to fix it.

How old/new is this computer? When it gets hot it could indicate that there's some dust in it that needs to be cleaned.
Do you use Wayland or Xorg? Try to switch between it and test if it works better.

Is it in the Normal Usage or only when You use specific Programs?

The components are fairly new and I just switched to Linux.
Did you tried it with Xorg to see if the Issue still exists?
Maybe a newer Kernel could help.
Do you have installed any Drivers? I see that You use AMD for CPU and GPU. Or do You use something like Wine, Proton or Lutris for Your Games?
