Do You use internal or external Speakers? Did You tried it with wired/wireless Headphones/Headset? When You go to Settings>Audio is there any Audio Output option shown?
Did You tried Pulse Audio Volume Control? You can install it with sudo apt install pavucontrol in the Terminal. When installed, take a Look at the Output and Configuration Tab to check what Sources and Audio Profiles are available.

Cable esta conectada como el estaba funcionando bien solo cuando instale Zorin no sonó mas yo tenia windows xp

Good day, Ponce de Leon. I'm connecting via Jack, and as I mentioned, I had Windows XP. I didn't know anything about Linux, and I just discovered Zorin. I installed it, and now I can't get sound on my PC. As I said, I'm not a PC expert, and I don't have the money to buy a new one. Thank God I found this system, and it works very well, except I don't have audio.

Some questions for you:
Is your PC a Laptop or Desktop?
Can you please tell us the make and model of the PC? If you know which sound card it has, then please tell us that information.
When you say "connecting via Jack" is that a 3.5mm jack (e.g. headphone jack) or an RCA Phono connector? (Maybe post a photo here)
You can have a play with Alsamixer via terminal:
Open a terminal session (Ctrl+Alt+T), then type:
alsamixer
In Alsamixer hit F6 to list soundcard/s. Post a screenshot here.
In alsamixer hit F5 to display All sound channels. Post a screenshot here.
If it's a 3.5mm jack connector, it's an Intel Pentium 4 desktop PC, and I'm attaching the screenshots. Thanks for your help.
In alsamixer, try unmuting the [Headphone] channel by using arrow keys to select it, then type "M" to unmute. Increase the volume level using the up arrow key.
