Windows 10 machine. I tried to install Zorin OS 18, but had problems. I've now successfully installed OS 17, but when rebooting it only shows that Windows 10 is available, Zorin does not appear as an option.
Any ideas?

Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled? Is Your BIOS in UEFI or Legacy Mode? What Tool did You use to create the bootable USB Stick? Did You take a Look in Your BIOS if You have there in Your Boot List an ''ubuntu'' Entry? If the Entry is there set it on Position 1.
I used Rufus for the USB stick. I haven't done anything with the BIOS. I'm having trouble figuring out which keys to press to get into the BIOS on my machine.
You must have gotten into a start up menu when you selected the USB stick to boot from. Get back into that menu and it should give you a key (F9 or F10 probably) to get into BIOS. You can then browse through the BIOS settings, one of which will be to disable Secure Boot. Another will show the various boot options, and allow you to edit their order. There should be a Ubuntu one and you should make that your first option. After that restarting should give you a normal grub menu with Zorin and Windows choices.
In your second picture, move Ubuntu up before the Windows option.
Okay, that works. I think I understand this now, the Windows boot manager doesn't give you the multiple OS option, you need the other (Zorin?) boot manager to give you the option of either Zorin or the Windows boot manager.
So I made it up to my login screen. And...phoque. Are we allowed to swear here? WTFFFF. I created a simple password, four numbers that I've used for many other things, and...it says it's wrong. I can't get into Zorin.
What do I do now? Argh...
Is that the password you created when you installed Zorin? Not sure what else it would be looking for.
Yep, the one I put in when I installed Zorin.
I re-installed and turned off the password option. It works now.
