Zorin not starting

as i said in the title for some reason zorin is not starting. I have duel boot, zorin and windows 11. I used Boot repair program and after a series of commands to put into the terminal, and after a while it generate this error:
"An error occurred during the repair.
Error: no grub*.efi generated for Zorin OS 16.3. Please report this message to boot.repair@gmail.com

Please do not forget to make your UEFI firmware boot on the Zorin OS 16.3 entry (sda1 file) !

If your UEFI firmware does not allow to change the boot order, change the default boot entry of the Windows bootloader".

Can you please help me on what i need to do?

In the bios (UEFI) you will see two entries for boot, Ubuntu and windows. Choose Ubuntu for the first boot device.

As any issue with grub was not fixed, we can attempt to manually recover it.

Thank you for your response. You mean choosing Ubuntu as the first boot in the boot sequence?
If that's what you mean, it is already Ubuntu as the first boot.

First boot not fast boot. Fast boot can cause issues. That and secure boot should be off.

OP has stated "first boot", not confusion with "fast boot" from what I read.
But yes, secure boot and fast boot should be off nevertheless.
