Whenever im trying to connect my mobile and laptop, my mobile is detecting my laptop as car audio. Can someone help to resolve this issue.

Could You delete on Your Phone the existing Entry and then reconnect?

I did the mentioned troubleshooting steps still the issue is not resolved

I have tried searching for Notebook showing up as car audio with no results, only result that came up was Ubuntu 24.04 (on which Zorin 18 is based) seeing phone as car audio.
Have you got Blueman installed? Apparently this shows things better than Gnome Bluetooth settings.
Some other questions.
Is Fast Boot and Secure Boot enabled in the BIOS? Has the BIOS been kept up to date?
Have you tried doing a reset of Bluetooth? This is a hammer to crack a nut solution as all pairings will be lost including Wifi and other network passwords. Have you tried turning off your phone and back on again?
What make and model is your phone?
What are the results of entering in the terminal of your computer:
inxi -Eaz
And are you using Wayland or Zorin on xorg?
I dont have blueman. And yes secure boot is enabled in my system. I have resetted bluetooth too. Im using wayland. My mobile is oneplus 13r running android 16. The below is the output i got by running inxi -Eaz

I spotted BT version 5.2. I wonder if adding the qt 5 libraries via Synaptic Package Manager might solve the issue.
You could try it with switching to X11/Xorg. to do that, go to the Login Screen. Clcik there on Your Profile so that the Password Feild appears. When it is appeared, You should se in the bottom right Corner a Gear Icon. click on it and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg'' and then log in.
Could be a Factor, too. Do You have a Dual-Boot System?

I tried logging in via xorg and also disabled the secure boot once. Still that issue persists.
