I decided to do the switch from windows. I want to buy the pro version to support the cause. I saw the education has aplications for education/CAD Design. Will the pro version have these programs or can i install them in the pro version. If so i will like to get the pro version.

Aside, yes, you can easily install FreeCAD or other open source CAD software on Pro. What is offered in Education is not exclusive to Education, but other editions may not come with all the same software preinstalled. You can install them as they are listed in the Zorin OS repository.

If You should be more satisfied with the Education Edition, You could simply take this and donate something instead of buying the Pro Version.
