Zorin OS freezes several times

It’s been two days that I’ve been having system freeze issues on Zorin OS. Yesterday it happened 3–4 times, and today it happened once again — I even had to reinstall the operating system from scratch. I thought maybe I broke it myself by tweaking too much, but even after reinstalling, it froze once more. When it freezes, everything stops responding and I have to do a hard reset. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Check the log app after a crash. When I had many crashes was it because some hardware went bad.

Do You have changed Hardware? Does the System run in Wayland or X11/Xorg?

No, I haven’t changed any of my hardware — everything was working perfectly fine until yesterday morning with no issues.
I think there was a system update yesterday or the day before, and these problems started right after that.
How should I collect the logs? I mean, from where exactly? The crash folder is empty

Usual question: Have you tried booting the previous linux kernel from grub "Additional Options for Zorin"?
