ZORIN OS GUI auto refresh

Is this even possible?when I move folders I have to 'ctrl+r' to refresh(Reload) to confirm the move; or when observing storage amount changes in realtime. Is there an auto refresh command with and interval of one second?

Are you referring to Nautilus File manager? (Zorin OS Core)

If you meant refreshing Nautilus, I think you can do it from terminal:
nautilus -q or killall nautilus

ZORIN OS lite

If that is the case:
thunar -q

Then reopen the file manager (Thunar)

This sounds like a bug. My Thunar does not behave that way.
Doing a Net Search, I found some older bug reports for Thunar that mentioned the exact thing you describe.
Can you try:

sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-desktop-lite

Ah, now I understand what the problem was.
I have Zorin Lite on laptop but I do not use it that often and was not aware of this bug.
