ty, i'll test this now.
The first thing I'd do is check the BIOS settings to make sure the drive is set to AHCI.
Also set BIOS to UEFI Secure Boot if the option exists but be sure to download the latest Zorin ISO because I belive the initial Zorin 16 ISO had issues with these settings.

Yes you can, delete it and repartition. You dont want windows 10 you said.
