Zorin sidebar and top bar disappeared

Just Doing some Standard Modifications and my sidebar and top bar disappeared. Can Anyone Help me with this?

Need Some more info than that, Can you Please provide the system specs and details about the modifications.
Also, Try

sudo rm -rf ~/.cache/compizconfig-1
sudo rm -rf ~/.compiz
sudo rm -rf ~/.Xauthority
sudo dconf reset -f /org/compiz/
setsid unity
sudo reboot

The PC is Rebooting, Longer than the Usual.
