About two months ago (13 August 2025) I attempted to download Zorin17; the download failed; I got busy elsewhere; Zorin took my money BUT sent me no confirmation email. I wrote down the Zorin Support Code, but I have no other details of my missing zorin software. What do I do now ... or is it a case of Zonin stealing my earlier payment and me having to pay again, but for Zorin18?

So, You bought Pro and the Download failed? If yes, You should have had the Mail with the Download Link.
And for Zorin 18 Pro, You would have to pay anyway. A Pro Licence is only for one Main Version.
I had the failure to download the ISO about 4 times, moved to a less capable machine, and it came right through and am going to use Rufus to make the thumb drive boot-able.
