When You used the Command for Install, I posted above, You can uninstall it with:
sudo apt purge systemd-zram-generator
Swap goes in a similar Direction. But like @Aravisian already explained: It is slower than actual RAM. And it doesn't add RAM. It uses only Space on the Drive. So, simply set up ... I don't know ... 16 Gig's of Swap wouldn't mean, You would have suddenly 16 Gigs of a RAM Equivalent.
