Is that Windows? Hard to tell nowadays because Windows mimics Linux.
You can install a Gnome shell extension called "Bedtime" that seems to do the trick:
I keep forgetting if the Extension Manager is installed by default. If it's not, you can search for it first in the Software Store. You can then use it to search for and install this extension.
Although, it doesn't seem to work so well under Wayland:
At least you can pick what mouse cursor you want to use next, windows does not have that feature
So this is the answer.
After ~2 easy clicks function is installed.
*To use: 1 easy click on a taskbar icon .
A good move would be if this function, tool is built into the system and would be called e.g. 'digital balance' or etc.
