So Windows has the handy Device Manager, and while Ubuntu has the HAL Device Manager, that's apparently out of date.
But give HardInfo a try:
sudo apt install hardinfo
All of your device components, and benchmarks with comparisons.

That kind sir is fantastic ..... I never knew that apt existed ..... I used to use a 3 party program on Windows but the name of it escapes me ..... it hadn't been maintained in years but still worked pretty well .... it gave all vital information including all hardware info .... manufacture .... model numbers ...... drivers etc .... was very very useful ....
