Absence of flatpak

Hello:
Logging into the Zorin Os software store, I was surprised to find no programs in flatpak version.
Could someone explain me what happened?

did you have flatpak before ? are you on Lite ?
1- check if flatpak is installed

flatpak --version

if not , install

sudo apt install flatpak

2 - add flatpak repositories

flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

refresh software store

3 - open software store -- settings -- ensure flatpak integration is enabled.
restart software store to see if flatpak now appears

4 - sync isues with software store ...run

flatpak update

restart pc and try again

5 - if you are on Lite , install GNOME software flatpak plugin

sudo apt install gnome-software-plugin-flatpak

try some or all of these to see if helps ?

Personally I remove flatpak and snap after install as they are isolated from the system and need updating separately.

Hello:
I am on the core version.
It really catches my attention, as it has never happened to me before. Only the snap and atp version is found.
I have always preferred flatpak because they present the latest version of the program.
Do these instructions also work for the core version?
Thank you very much.

yes , but no need for #5 then

i also try not to use flatpak or snap
it shows i have 12 flatpaks installed , but that came included in installation of Lite ??

Problem solved.
Thank you very much for your suggestions.

good i'm glad
