I would like to activate bluetooth with the terminal or with the keyboard, is it possible?

Yes, you can use systemctrl to operate bluetooth:
systemctl start bluetooth
systemctl stop bluetooth
And
systemctl restart bluetooth

Press Fn Key with F10 or check the function key with the Bluetooth logo on it on keyboard.
My anaemic Apple keyboard does not have a Bluetooth key
