Add LibreOffice Offline Help to Updates.

Hi, I suspect that is not possible as the way some Open Source apps work is their help files are usually online, e.g., Inkscape. I suspect this is done to reduce the size of the packages and because LibreOffice is a complex Office Suite with more language support than any other Office Suite on any platform.
