Add Title Bar and something else

Hi everybody!
I'm new. I migrated very recently from MS Win to Zorin OS 17.2 and I like it very much. I'm asking how to do to add the title bar in every window in Zorin OS, not only e.g. in Firefox. Is that possible with Gnome DE? How to do that?

I also have a little issue with mouse scrolling wheel: if I accidentally put the pointer in a scrollable sub-menu (e.g. in the taskbar settings => position => alignments) it becomes automatically scrollable without clicking on it. I prefer that the sub-menu becomes scrollable only if i click on it first.

Another thing: i would like set the format of date/time in a different way, time on top line and date in bottom line.

No problem if i need to use the Terminal.

Thanks in advance!

Can you illustrate what you mean?

I mean a title bar like this:

Oh that is not possible in Gnome DE. You have to look at other DE's to get that. Like XFCE or KDE.

Thank you!

That's how KDE has it as default. Just checked. IF you like tinkering and customizing stuff, you should really try KDE/Plasma6 distro.

Or Zorin OS Lite, which uses XFCE and comes that way default, as well.
I use only Zorin OS Lite.

With Firefox specifically, you can have that window decoration by going into the Customize Toolbar menu (right-click on an empty area on the top area) and toggle "Title bar" setting at the bottom.

But, yeah, if you are asking for every window then see the other replies.
