After rebooting, Zorin OS does not remember the previous brightness and sets it to maximum. As soon as it was installed it worked but after installing other updates recommended by Zorin post install and subsequent times it always set to 100%. I run an amd card and i checked any type of drivers but the software say i don't need it. What i should do? (sorry for my bad eng)I specify that I'm on laptop and it is very important for me have a precedent brightness level at boot

What AMD graphics do you have?
Question: Whilst it is initially set to maximum, can you still vary brightness using Fn keys etc, or is it stuck at max?
