After boot the task bar icons are missing

i used timeshift to get back to what i knew was stable but still no dice on the icons. any input is appreciated ty

Is this on Plasma 5 desktop?

Can you try deleting all temp files:

sudo find /tmp -type f -delete

Reboot and test.
