Alternative to Timeshift

Any software that's similar to Timeshift that supports transferring snapshots to cloud storage?

Snapshots are big,big on ext4! On btrfs cannot be cloud snapshots. They are part of the filesystem.

I think this has been covered before, you can't upload to cloud just external storage. Having read pazoff's alternative link there is no mention of cloud storage either, just external storage. External storage is better because should the cloud provider go bust you might lose all your data, plus if you start to have internet issues that could also pose a problem.
