AMD GPU driver not showing the correct version

I'm using neofetch to show the spec. I'm using AMD 5700 XT but in neofetch, it shows that I'm using GPU: AMD ATI Radeon RX 5600 OEM/5600 XT / 5700/5700 XT

It's just using a default driver or do I need to go full AMD GPU PRO from AMD official page guide

If the driver is working and you have no problems, don't fix it until it is.

I have the same issue, just not in Neofetch, the issue shows in Additional drivers. You gonna love this cause its hilarious.

Neofetch...

This information is correct. This information is also confirmed in...

Screenfetch...

However, in Additional Drivers, it lists my GPU as a 3070

Its like, wtf? Yeah I know, crazy right?

Linux is buggy, what can I say? But at the end of the day, the GPU works just fine, so its a good day.

That is not being buggy- drivers can cover a broad range of devices.
Looking at Wifi Drivers can demonstrate this easily.

That's what I though when I saw the post above. that it might giving like "this is all I'm covering up including the default one" but since I'm not that good in hardware, I let others to confirm my instinct about this.
