AMD Ryzen 7 7730U With Radeon Graphics 2560x1440

Zorin 18.1. Although the AMD graphic drivers are baked-in, I still cannot get the 2560x1440 resolution. Does anyone know how to get this resolution setting?

have you tryed installing a newer kernel? might have more support for card you have may i suggest the liquorix kernel

open a terminal and type .......sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

then....sudo add-apt-repository ppa:damentz/liquorix

and finally sudo apt install linux-image-liquorix-amd64

this is what i use with a ryzen 9 5900x and the RX 6600xt nice performince and stability

Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? If Windows is still installed: Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled?

You could try it with switching to Xorg. To do that, go to the Login Screen. Click there on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. When it is appeared, You should see in the bottom right Corner a Gear Icon. Click on it and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg'' and then log in.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't want to change the linux kernel. I would rather keep it with Zorin.

What I found out is I was connected to my docking station with a DPI cable. Once I change the cable to HDMI, it connected just fine.
