Apple Bluetooth Mouse

Good morning,

I have an Apple Bluetooth mouse which connects to Zorin OS 18 Pro, however it is intermittently non-responsive. When closing windows, minimising etc there is no response. Has anyone experienced this issue? I have connected a Logitech wireless mouse which uses a usb dongle and all appears to be working fine. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Did You take a Look at the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates if there is a Driver for the Mouse or Your Bluetooth offered?

There are no additional drivers listed for the mouse or Bluetooth .

You could test if wlan disturbs the bluetooth function and disable wlan for testing. If it is better then you could change the wlan frequency to WIFI 5 GHz frequency band in your router.
