from what ive read you shouldn't need to extract it anywhere but when i click on the option to install from file it is not shown to choose from. I also tried transferring the file to the needed directory and it doesnt allow me to add anything to it.
Is the theme current for Plasma 5?
yes it is current. it is showing as installed and applied but no visual changes have been made.
a restart was all that was needed nvm
