It looks to me like you are missing the mount points on the second dev/sda disk with Arch on it. As I am still a beginner, please wait until someone more experienced writes to you.
I assume you wanted to set dev/sda2 as root and dev/sda3 as home? You can do that with gparted in a live session. You would just need to set the mount points without reformatting. However, your file format f2fs is a bit unusual. I've only seen ext4 recommended for the Linux operating system (root). However, if you change this now, your data will be deleted (unless there is a special programme for this).
I can't recognise if Arch is already installed on sda. No data is displayed here. But it may be that this is because it is not mounted yet.

Zorin первый, и основная система. Arch установлен на отдельный физический накопитель. Очевидно проблема в Arch. Установил os-prober, редактировать ничего не стал. Манипуляции с точками монтирования могут обрушить Zorin, а он мне дороже Arch. Если нет простого и понятного решения, пусть остается как есть.

Otherwise, I'd consider re-installing Arch in the same disk on a separate partition. You might want to also ask about this over at the Arch forums; I'm sure they have far more experience with this type of things.
