I have a acer aspire F15I have just duel booted it with windows 10 and zorin 16.When I start and gointo the boot menu I cannot use the up and down arrows to select Zorin.What can I do?
You might try plugging in a different USB Keyboard and seeing if it registers as a first attempt.
If it does and you can access and boot into Zorin, open a terminal and install:
sudo apt install xserver-xorg-input-all
Make sure the Num Lock is disabled.
I have one keyboard automatically switches on Num Lock in Linux.
