As @Storm pointed out, Zorin OS uses the same kernel on all its editions.
The Linux kernel is a large set of hardware drivers. Ideally, each and all supplied kernels will work.
In reality, which kernels work depend on the age of your hardware (is it new and the drivers have not yet been added to the kernel? Is it old enough that the drivers have been dropped from support?) as well as how much Open Source Support is present for the hardware.
