Asus ExpertBook, keyboard not working, ZorinOs 17.3 pro

I have got a problem, my keyboard is not working on my laptop ASUS EXPERTBOOK B1502CVA. Laptop is new, I bought it 09.04.2025. In BIOS the keyboard working. USB keyboard - working, but keyboard on laptop not working. I installed Linux - Zorin OS 17.3 pro. I'm new in Linux, until now windows user. Please help me to solve the problem?

Hardware communicates through Drivers - drivers are part of the Kernel.

So if the built in keyboard is non-functional, I would recommend upgrading the kernel.
This is usually very safe and easy to do.

Before moving to that step, though:
Are you dual Booting Windows on that Asus Notebook?
If not: Have you disabled "Secure Boot" in BIOS settings?

Secure Boot sounds fierce... But what it means is that it only allows boot to init for packages that Microsoft has signed off on. A bit like a bouncer at a nightclub.

If it is a brand new notebook with up-to-date hardware, you will probably need a newer kernel that supports your keyboard driver. You can install a newer kernel with mainline.
