Hey, I'm a new Linux user, I installed Zorin Core about a week ago, and I can't get the sound to work, I already tried everything I saw online. I also can't get online videos to play, mostly on Twitter and Whatsapp. Can somebody help me and explain it properly?

What sound card/s do you have, i.e. do you have anything else than HDMI?
In alsamixer hit [F6] and choose any non-HDMI soundcard (if listed). Then post another screenshot.
