Audio doesn't work Zorin 16.3

Hi. I have recently instaled Zorin 16.3 and now my sound doesn't work anymore. It only shows "Dummy-output" as an option. I have installed pavucontrol and alsamixer. It seems like in this forum ([HOW TO] Fix audio not working - #2 by playdeadsunday) there is the same problem. But the answer proposed there doesn't seem to work for me. I have created a .sh file

But when I am trying to run it, the result is:

I don't know what this means and what to do.
Also the output of my alsamixer is this:

And the commands, like F6 don't work.

You say "anymore". Do you mean from Windows or another Linux Distro?

Your alsamixer shows "Intel Kabylake HDMI". I am wondering if a later linux kernel is needed for that device.
I cannot understand why alsamixer commands like F6 do not work for you.
Do you think you have another soundcard in your system?

Note if you do a search of "dummy output" here on the Zorin forum, you will see several results.

Please open a terminal and enter:

sudo lshw -C sound

and post back the results please.
