Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? Does this only happen when it goes automatically in Hibernation or manually or both? Does it affect only built-in Speakers or external (wired and wireless), too? Did You tried Pulse Audio Volume Control? It is a Program for set up Audio Output and Input. You can install it with the Command sudo apt install pavucontrol and when installed, check the Configuartion and Output Tab's for Audio Profiles and Options.

pulse audio cant handle this issue
