Audio problem on chuwi herobox pro on zorin 16pro

hi, i've installed zorin 16pro on chuwi herobox pro, a celeron n4500 .

here the result of lspci

I don't understand this one @carmar . Was it marked then unmarked? I see no marked solution or unmarked solution for that matter here.

In terminal (ctrl+alt+T) type alsamixer
Hit F6 and see what sound card options you have.
Hit F5 to display all sound channels. Post a screenshot.
Scroll across each channel and unmute each using "M" key and increase the level using "up arrow" key.
Check that "Auto-Mute" is disabled.
