found easy way
download .ovpn file and add VPN > import from file>select ovpn.
Enter username and password if asked in "identity"
sudo apt install network-manager-openvpn network-manager-openvpn-gnome openvpn openvpn-systemd-resolved -y
nm-connection-editor
Select WIFI or ethernet > 
,General > Automatically connect to VPN.
check with off and ON WIFI.
