I am running Zorin os 17.3 on a Thinkpad T480, when I click the battery icon in the taskbar to get a more detailed report, currently it shows me two batteries, one labelled Main, which I know is the built in fixed battery, and that shows 95%, the other is labelled Extra, and I know that is my removable battery, that is showing 13%, but the actual icon in the taskbar is showing 37%, I don't understand the discrepancies. The external battery is about 4/5 weeks old, so I wonder if this is to do with calibrating, but i'm not sure of the correct procedure as I have read so much conflicting advice, particularly as I have two batteries in this device. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
You could try the Gnome Extension Battery Health Charging - GNOME Shell Extensions and if it shows better Values to You.
OK, thanks, I will give that a try
