I have a specific problem, that for some programs the title bars got bigger, and it bothers me. How could I fix it?

If it is only on Brave, this should be a Brave Thing. You could try in Brave to change the Style. Go to the Settings. There You find in the 2nd Tab at the top right the Choice if You want to have it in classical Design, GTK or QT:
