Black screen after waking from sleep

Please excuse me for changing the title of your post, but this I did to attact attention to the problem you have reported. I have also moved from Hardware to General Help for same reason.

I had a similar problem, but I found a quick way to mitigate the problem. When I ticked the small box to save the current session before suspending the computer, the black screen didn't happen again.

I believe this option is only on Zorin OS Lite.
