Whenever I press PrtScr on that game, the screen goes black and I can't actually take a screenshot. The screenshot feature works normally on other apps.
I'm on an RTX 3050 and I'm using the NVIDIA driver 590.
Many games localize a built in Screengrab key. Have you checked for and tested that?
There is a reason for this: Screenshot tools lift the data directly from the render pipe. Steam Games often work on several layers of the graphics stack, so it is more efficient for the in-game screengrab tool to know where and when to grab than the screenshot tool at the end of the line.

- Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled?
- If Windows is still installed: Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled?
- Does Your System run in Wayland or X11? You can check that with the Command
echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE - Is Steam installed as Flatpak or .deb/APT Version?

If I remember correctly, F12 is the Steam Screenshot key. But please note, Steam screenshots are stored in a Steam specific folder. I find it easier to access those screenshots, in the Steam APP itself, then save them to the Pictured folder for easier access. And thats my tip for the day.
