saudação a todos..

pessoal estou com o seguinte problema, comprei uma caixa de som JBL.. estou com o zorin 18.1 .. seguinte o som esta com instabilidade fica só falhando durante as musicas etc.. ja troquei de navegador, aplicativo e musicas e nada, dai liguei no celular a caixa funciona normal ou seja deve ser algo no zorin no bluetooth.. alguém pode me ajudar obrigado...

You can test if it helps to set the wlan to 5 GHz channel in your router settings. Perhaps there are interferences.

Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? If Windows is installed: Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled? Did You checked the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates if there is a Driver offered?

When You connect another Device - for Example Headphones - via Bluetooth do they work fine? Did You tried it with Pulse Audio Volume Control? It is a Tool for set up Audio Input and Output. You can install it with sudo apt install pavucontrol

When installed, check the Configuration and Output Tab for Audio Profiles for the Speaker and check if it behaves different.

Does You System run in Wayland or X11? You can check that with the Terminal Command echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE

When it should run in Wayland, You can try it with switcing to X11/Xorg and see it if works better. To do that, go to the Login Screen. Click there on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. When appeared, You should see a Gear Icon in the bottom right Corner. Click on it and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg'' and log in.

Only to be precise here: Switching between Wayland and Xorg didn't helped and Pulse Audio Volume Control couldn't helped, too yes? How is it with these Stuff:

Go to the Login Screen. click there on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. When it is appeared, You should see a Gear Icon in the bottom right Corner. Click on it and You should see 2 Options:

  • Zorin Desktop (the Wayland Option)
  • Zorin Desktop o Xorg (the Xorg Option)

What Option is active, You can see at the Dot at the Beginning. Switch between both Options to test if it behaves different.
