Bluetooth mouse not connecting automatically

I use a Lenovo bluetooth mouse. I managed to connect it but everytime I reboot, it does not automatically reconnect. I can't even manually reconnect it. I have to forget the mouse and re-add it using the bluetooth menu in System Settings. I use a Lenovo T14 for Zorin.

On my X1 where I use Mint, the same mouse automatically connects each time I start it. Any idea why it does not connect automatically in Zorin?

  • Does Your System run in Wayland or X11? You can check that with the Command echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE and when it should run in Wayland, I would suggest to try it with switching to X11/Xorg. to do that, go to the Login Screen. Click on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. When it is appeared, You should see a Gear Icon in the bottom right Corner. click on it and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg'' and then log in.
