Bluetooth not turning on - Dell XPS 9500

Hello, I recently installed Zorin 17.2 on my Dell XPS 15 9500, everything working fine except the bluetooth which I can't turn on. It worked fine when I "tried" zorin by booting from a usb when I still had windows, but now that I fully installed zorin (with modern Nvidia drivers), bluetooth is not turning on...

I've updated the BIOS and deactivated secure and fast boot. The laptop has a dual Wifi-bluetooth adapter, a Qualcomm QCA6390 according to the lspci command.

Thanks for the help.

Update : I've tried to reinstall zorin to fix the problem but now I don't even have wifi anymore

Found this comment:

"Stops working after crash. Starts working after battery running dead or being removed."

Hello, thanks for the reply. Indeed when I got back this morning and turned on the computer, everything worked fine again, wifi and bluetooth.
It seems to be a known issue with the Killer Ax500 wifi adapter, randomly not working at all. The worst part is that on this model of dell XPS, the wifi/bluetooth adapter is soldered to the motherboard so there is no way to swap it for another... Apparently turning the computer off, opening it, disconnecting and reconnecting the battery often wakes the adapter back up.

You could disable both and get one of these:

and one of these:

I'll keep that in mind, thank you very much.
For now the built-in adapter works fine, and the Dell XPS 15 only has 3 usb-c ports, which I don't want occupied if not necessary.
