So, you can connect it but after a Reboot it is disconnected, yes? And can You then reconnect it?
Did you take a Look in the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab ind Software & Updates if there is a Driver offered?
When You go to /etc/bluetooth/main.conf and scroll all the Way to the End, there should stand AutoEnable= Is it set to true or false?
